The extra road work for the fall that was approved at the August 28, 2023 special Road Maintenance Meeting has been pushed to the spring due to contractor delays caused by machine repair needs.

All usual road work and brush trimming will proceed as usual.

Brian Thompson has agreed to meet at 83 Richardson Shores on August 28th at 5pm for a discussion about the Association Roads.

• Applying recycled hot top to our section of Hanson Mills Road and the estimated cost to treat all sections of Toltec Point and Richardson Shores roads with this product.
• Our culvers and what attention they may need.
• Brush cutting the sides of our roads.
• Road Grading timing and concerns.

It is with great sadness that we report the death of Lonnie Clark. Lonnie’s obituary can be read here.

As you know, there are still many tree branches/brush sitting by the sides of the Association roads. We have contracted with RML (Ryan Lally) to do the cleanup. Ryan came highly recommended by Brian Thompson (who does our roads) but unfortunately Brian said the job is too big for him to handle. RML is reliable, insured and reasonable in his pricing. The Board asks for your patience, as it may be several weeks before RML will get here. As you can imagine, many other areas/people were affected by this storm and he is working his way through his list. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

This year’s annual meeting will be held outdoors at 16 Toltec Point Rd in the driveway on Saturday July 3rd with a rain date of Sunday July 4th. The meeting will begin at 9:30am. The Board has decided for safety reasons to forgo coffee/donuts this year. Members are welcome to bring their own coffee/donut and a chair if needed. Masks are suggested and the driveway will allow enough outdoor space so people can remain separate if they wish.

Due to Covid 19, our Annual Meeting on July 4 will not be held this year. Instead, we have mailed all Association members a packet containing Association information, a voting form, and annual financial statements. Voting will close at 12:00 noon EST on July 4, 2020.
